How can Sue be 16 when she's a leap year baby?

Sue's page currently says she was born on Feb 29 in "either 1996 or 1997". I'm going to go ahead and delete 1997, as there was no Feb 29 that year. (We're all familiar with how Leap Year works, right?)

Also, the episode "Leap Year", which included Sue's 16th birthday, aired Feb 29, 2012 (according to http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2197419/). Sixteen years before that date would be Feb 29, 1996.
I think Sue's page needs cleaning up a little bit, what do you guys think?

Feb 29, 1996 or 1997?[]
That's so wrong! She's not born on Feb 29, 1997. It's impossible. There was no Feb 29 that year. She was born on Feb 29, 1996! Simply because in the episode Leap Year Sue is 16 on Feb 29, 2012. So 16 years earlier, we get to 1996. But in the episode "The Answer" in Season 6 she tells Darrin she will be 18 in two weeks. How's that possibile if she's born in 1996 to turn 18 in 2015? I think the writers thought that we wouldn't have cared about this detail but as fans of the show we care about every detail. Do you agree?

I love sue heck she is awsome there is so much i could say about her
i didnt know she likes lala land i flipped when i herd her sing she could get a reccord deal . sue is my main favoritr charactor of all of the seasons . also my favorir sue or eden sher moments are the perservering ones and creative i wish to met you up close in person litlerly at my house . iam just like her friend lexie who she needs the most (than axel) i mght get a little personal (again lexie) thats my name i need to talk to her . the charactor accually has my past present life
