Orson is the hometown of the Heck Family. It's located in Indiana, about twenty to twenty-five miles southwest from Indianapolis and a forty-five minute drive back and forth when Frankie and Mike Heck visit their son in college. It is a small suburban town with it's own traditions and festivals, including a riding lawnmower race, and local landmarks, such as a covered bridge, several parks and the world's largest polyurithane cow. Orson is the 200th safest town (in Indiana).
